My PrimeShine woes are over…
So, as I mentioned yesterday, my company was sent new stickers. I was somewhat reluctant to try them out, since new stickers with Primeshine has never really worked out very well. However, the new sticker worked like a charm.
What’s more, an employee of the Oakdale Primeshine apologized PROFUSELY when I explained to him why I didn’t just drive into the drive-in area. (I didn’t want the guy to spray the goop on my windshield, or to have to back up again if there was a chance that the sticker wouldn’t work. I wanted to park on the side and ask him to scan the sticker first.) He apologized and explained that the whole incident should never have happened, and wanted to ensure that my experience with Primeshine was a good one.
Good customer service is key to running a successful business. Adan from the Oakdale Primeshine…you should be a manager, man.
